On May 29–30, 2025, the renowned Villa Manin in Codroipo (Udine, Italy) will host the second edition of the Health Lab 20/30 – AI, promoted in collaboration with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and supported by numerous institutional and scientific partners.

The event is dedicated to exploring Artificial Intelligence as a driver of innovation for a healthcare system that is more equitable, resilient, and patient-centered. During the two-day program, the “AI Manifesto” will be presented, aiming to build a collaborative network of healthcare institutions, experts, professionals, technology providers, and policy makers.

Key topics will include:

• AI for the care of vulnerable patients and local health services;

• AI applications in primary care and healthcare system governance;

• Bioinformatics, drug development, and clinical research;

• Civil liability and ethical implications of AI in healthcare.

This will be a unique opportunity to reflect on the practical impact of smart technologies in the healthcare sector, through the voices of leading public and private experts.

LIGHT Director Dr. Cesare Furlanello will also participate as a speaker and present VIPPSTAR’s European Project: “AI applied to visual impairment of children and adolescents”.
